Directors visit all RF-managed developments regularly as well as supervising processes such as site maintenance, collection of service charges, debt collection, annual budgetary processes, relations with the Companies Registration Office and AGMs
Brendan McDonnell (Managing Director)
Brendan McDonnell formerly worked for An Garda Síochána in Crime Prevention / Community Relations in North Central Dublin. Brendan has a degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick, an MBA from NUI Galway and a Diploma in Community Work from NUI Maynooth. He founded R.F. Property Management in 1995.
Enda McDonnell
Enda McDonnell graduated from UCD with an MA in 1991 and received a Diploma in Public Relations from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 1993. He has worked with R.F. Property Management since 1995.
Alison McDonnell
Alison McDonnell graduated from Trinity College Dublin (1999) in psychology and obtained a Diploma in Business Studies and IT from UCD’s Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining RF Property Management in 2002, she worked as a management consultant.
Arthur Hanley
Arthur Hanley graduated from UCC (2000) with a B.Sc. in Business Information Systems. He worked with management consulting firm Accenture for seven years before joining RF Property Management in 2007.
Finbar McDonnell
Finbar McDonnell has a degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin (1989). A director of R.F. Property Management since 1995, Finbar worked as a business strategy and public policy consultant before joining RFPM on a full-time basis. Finbar has a Masters in European Studies from the College of Europe in Belgium and an MBA from UCD’s Smurfit Business School.
Property Managers
Property Managers are our frontline in dealing with individual developments. They spend a considerable amount of their time on site, and following up on specific issues of concern to owners with suppliers, caretakers, gardeners, plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, lift/gate contractors and others.
Garreth Hopkins
Garreth Hopkins graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in computer science. He has worked with RF Property Management since 2003 and is involved in all key service delivery areas, developing a wide knowledge base and high level of expertise. Garreth works with blocks both inside and outside the Dublin area.
Tom Rock
After an exceptional career in the investigation and monitoring of crime in the Dublin area with An Garda Síochána, Tom joined RFPM in 2005. Tom brings his considerable skills in relation to building an affinity with owners and residents to developments on the south side, and in the centre of, Dublin.
Kevin McHugh
Kevin McHugh spent some 30 years working as a Garda where he worked, and dealt directly, with the public. Kevin brings his technical and people related skills to the management of blocks across the south side of Dublin, including the Dundrum and Dun Laoghaire / Rathdown areas, where his capacity to build a rapport with individual owners and developments is well recognised.
Jim O'Neill
Jim O'Neill came to RFPM in 2006 with a high degree of technical knowledge about the property industry. Jim also draws on considerable previous experiences of issues relating to crime and security as a member of An Garda Síochána. Jim brings his experience and skills to blocks on the north and west sides of Dublin, including the South Dublin and Fingal local authority areas.
Sarah Jane Kiernan
Sarah Jane Kiernan graduated from UCD in 2005 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and obtained a masters degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University. She has worked in the property sector since 2007. Sarah Jane has particular responsibility for a number of developments in the Dublin City Council area, covering both the city centre and elsewhere. She is a member of the Irish Property and Facility Management Association (IPFMA) and of the Society of Chartered Surveyors.
Financial Analysis / Account Managers
These staff members are responsible for analysis of the income and expenditure of different developments as well as maintenance of the company’s financial and IT systems.
Carole Convery
Carole Convery graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc in Internet Software Development. She joined RF Property Management in 2005.
Tracy Quinn
Tracy Quinn graduated with a BSc degree from UCD and has many years experience in office administration. She is in the process of qualifying as a Certified Public Accountant.
Fergus Kenny
Fergus Kenny graduated from UCC with a B.Sc. in Business Information Systems in 2004. He worked as an analyst in the financial sector for several years before joining RFPM.
