For example, this requires supervision of a wide range of contractors and an ability to understand levels of service that should be provided. It also requires support for owners and residents in relation to a range of issues that arise for their apartment, house or commercial unit. Furthermore, property management requires high integrity, as it often involves managing service charge collection, Investment / Sinking Funds and ensuring all aspects of management company affairs are in good order with the Companies Registration Office.
